On July 29, 2026, the project consortium met at the WELLGO Group in Nohfelden to gain an in-depth understanding of the hygiene dispenser product line.

During the meeting, various dispensers were disassembled together, and their individual components were examined in terms of materials, function, and potential for circular use. Based on this, the project partners gathered initial ideas for applying various “R” strategies—such as reuse, repair, refurbishment, or recycling of components.

Working together, we have already identified relevant areas of action and outlined starting points for developing circular product solutions. The next step will focus on the question of how the business model can also be consistently aligned with circularity.
